Synopsis

In 1933, a 7 year old boy, Oska, experiences the destruction of his childhood bubble as Hate slowly infects his loving quaint town of Leipzig, Germany. The rise to power of the Nazi party progressively isolates him from his daily routines and eventually rips apart his friendship with Gunther, his best friend. Young Oska learns a life lesson to lead with love, tolerance and compassion despite the indignities that envelop him and his family’s world.
